3 down 1 to go

Secret Garden Party... Best festival EVER! Bumped into Lilly Allen who thought I was a festival entertainer which was quite amusing. Must have met hundreds of random people... this is the festival of the future. Leeds Festival seems like a bit of an anti-climax now though! Oh well.

unplanned gig: Seafood

Randomly went to a gig last night, Seafood headlining with The Race and Rock Of Travolta supporting. All quite loud and hot really, but still a success. Bravo.

2 down 2 to go...

Global Gathering was absolutely fan-bloody-tastic! You in no way need to be a lover of dance music to enjoy this festival, the atmosphere was electric. So much to do, but so little time to do it during the two days. The absolute highlight had to be Daft Punk's set, allegedly their retirement gig, the crowd were in hysterics, as were we. I think Carl Cox also cemented his place as one of the best DJs in the country.

I don't think I can rate this festival highly enough, which comes as a bit of a surprise to be honest. Next stop The Secret Garden Party...
